Premium Footwear/ Wrist-Strap Test Station

This product complies to the ISO/CD8782-I Standard.
It enables the user to test the grounding resistance of ESD footwear and wrist straps. The product features a LED display with alarm.An audible buzzer will sound when the circuit is broken. The ELPFWST is fully height adjustable.

Instructions for use:

• To Measure ESD Shoes/Heel Straps, the user will need to choose the option of “FOOTWEAR” via the provided switch on the left. The user will need to put on the ESD shoes and stand on the testing plates, then press the “PRESS TO TEST” key. When the LEFT LED illuminates, the left foot has grounding impedance. When the RIGHT LED illuminates, the right foot has grounding impedance.
• To Measure a Wrist Strap, the user will need to choose the option of “WRIST STRAP” via the switch. The user will need to put on the wrist strap and then connect the cord to the unit. Thereafter, the user will need to press the “PRESS TO TEST” key. When the RIGHT LED illuminates, this will show the impedance of the wrist strap.
• ELPFWST is able to test whether the ESD shoes are anti-static, conductive, or insulated and is able to establish the ESD shoes grounding impedance.
