Clean Nylon Packaging Antistatic clean pink low charging polyethylene bags and tubing are for use in applications where a combination of cleanliness and electrostatic discharge protection is required.
Roll-stock and finished bags are offered in a wide range of widths and lengths, fitting any requirement you need. Clean Tuff is designed with no additives and offers the perfect combination of ionic contamination, out gassing, non-volatile residue and cleanliness. The materials that our clean nylon packaging uses offer a puncture resistance shell and a tight seal for first rate output.
Process: All of our poly film and bags start in a virgin, raw state in our clean room and, once there, do not leave until they are vacuum sealed, allowing no contamination to come into contact with the product.
Capabilities: Our clean room roll stock and finished bags come in a range of widths and lengths. Our widths range from 50mm to 1600mm, while our bag lengths are available from 50mm to 3200mm. Our roll stock comes in 15mm rolls on 75mm cores unless otherwise requested.
Cleanliness: Our clean room manufacturing process, along with our material choices, allow us to meet or exceed the requirements of Cleanliness Level 100 or Cleanliness Level 10 per IEST-STD-CC1246D.
